Orthodontist & Dental Health Consultant

Dr. Dalia Meisha is an assistant professor in the dental public health department and an orthodontic consultant at the Faculty of Dentistry, King Abdulaziz University. She is also the director of the Outcome Assessment Unit at the Deanship of Quality and Academic Accreditation. Dr. Meisha is a certified trainer and is an instructor and leader of the “course design” module teaching new faculty at the University Faculty Teaching Diploma Program. Dr. Dalia had an international experience as a faculty and research statistician at VCOM medical school in Virginia state, USA, as well as clinical experience in private practice as an orthodontist in the same state for 3 Years.

She completed her postgraduate studies at Boston University, where she obtained a Master of Public Health, clinical residency in orthodontics, and a doctorate degree in dental public health. She also has a certificate in Teaching and learning in Higher Education from Virginia Tech, USA. In addition, she is also diplomate of the American Board of Dental Public Health and the American Board of Orthodontics.

Dr. Meisha is peer- reviewer of several reputable journals and had a vital role during the CODA journey at KAUFD.
