Signing of a Cooperation Agreement Between the Saudi Society of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry and the Saudi Scientific Society for Dental Education at Princess Nourah University
Riyadh, February 12, 2025 – A cooperation agreement was signed today at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University between the Saudi Society of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry and the Saudi Scientific Society for Dental Education. This collaboration aims to enhance the quality of education and training in dentistry while facilitating the exchange of scientific and practical expertise between both parties.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Abdullah Alamri, President of the Saudi Society of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry, and Dr. Hazar bint Saad Al-Harbi, President of the Saudi Scientific Society for Dental Education, in the presence of members of the boards of directors of both societies.
This agreement seeks to develop specialized training and academic programs in periodontology and implant dentistry, provide joint training opportunities for students and practitioners, and promote collaboration in scientific research, events, and competitions. Additionally, both societies will work on raising awareness about oral health and gum disease prevention through educational initiatives targeting medical professionals and the general public.
Dr. Abdullah Alamri emphasized that this agreement reflects the commitment of the Saudi Society of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry to advancing education, clinical training, and scientific research in the field.
